About Dajoji Chef Coats
Dajoji’s chef coats are designed by chefs to meet the demands of a professional kitchen. Our goal is to redefine sustainable kitchens with organic chef jackets that are stylish and functional.
Dajoji chef coats are athletically inspired, allowing for movement without excess fabric.
- 3/4 length sleeves means that there isn’t extra length that gets in the way.
- Box pleat in the back allows the coat to expand and contract with the shoulders.
- Lower cut of the neck removes any possible friction and keeps you cool.
Dajoji chef coats are stylish and modern.
- Stylish fit and topstitching
- Men's coats have a hidden closure and clean front
- Women's coats have large buttons and a front flap closure at the neck
Dajoji coats are sustainable.
- The cotton is chemical-free and traceable from farm to hanger
- The chef coats and aprons are made from 100% organic cotton from the Texas Organic Farmers Cooperative
- The buttons are made from Corozo, the nut of a naturally grown palm tree in Ecuador.
About Dajoji
For environmentally conscious chefs, sustainable ingredients and locally sourced food is a given. The names of farmers, fishermen, and ranchers appear on their menus. But the chef jackets on their kitchen staff have not met the same scrutiny. Dajoji's new line of chef jackets brings a farm-to-hanger approach to kitchen performance apparel. Through a close working relationship with the Texas Organic Cotton Farmers Cooperative, Dajoji has redefined sustainable kitchens by creating organic chef jackets that are stylish and functional. Sustainably minded chefs who need high performance kitchen apparel, now have a choice of organic, well-tailored chef jackets from Dajoji.
