Christmas Day Brunch

I'm not a mom, or a wife, but I still feel that making brunch for family and friends on Christmas day is part of my duty. I am the biggest foodie in the group after all.
This year my Dad took care of the champagne so that left me to food. I've done the traditional overnight french toast, Christmas morning wife saver, eggs bennie, and a few others I've chosen not to recall. This year I think I'm going to go classic: biscuits, eggs, ham, with a little fresh herb and cheese thrown in somewhere.
