You’ll notice that Dajoji coats and aprons are not pure white. There’s a good reason for this, or at least we think so. The cotton that we use is 100% organic from the Texas Organic Cotton Farmer’s Cooperative and isn’t bleached or chemically treated at any point in it’s journey to becoming Dajoji apparel. Not only are there no chemicals in the material. there’s no chemical waste created from treating it. If, however, you’d like your coat to be traditional white you can bleach it yourself by following our Coat Whitening 101 instructions.
